Copyright & Takedown Policy
How to ask Bulin 47 AI to remove a video that infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without consent, and how to respond to a takedown.
Last updated: 2026-10-15
This policy explains how to ask us to remove content made with Bulin 47 AI. It is part of our Terms of Service and works alongside the reporting process in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Who can ask for removal
- Copyright owners, or someone authorized to act for them, who believe a video or uploaded photo infringes their work.
- People who appear in a video made from their photo without their consent.
- Trademark owners whose marks are being used in a misleading way.
Videos made with Bulin 47 AI are private to the account that made them. If you saw one online, a user chose to share it. We can delete it from our storage, disable its download link and act on the account. We can't remove copies posted on other sites or apps, so please report it to those platforms too.
Copyright notices
Email support@bulin47-ai.io with "Copyright" in the subject line. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- A description of the material you want removed and where it is, such as a link to the video or post.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Notices missing these details may take longer, because we may need to ask you for them.
Videos that show you without consent
Email support@bulin47-ai.io with "Takedown" in the subject line. Include a link to the video or where you saw it, and a short statement that you are the person shown and didn't agree to it. We may ask you to confirm your identity in a way that doesn't make you share more than needed. We treat these reports as high priority under our Acceptable Use Policy.
What happens next
- We review every complete notice and reply to let you know what we decided.
- If the notice is valid, we remove the content and tell the user whose account made it.
- We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake, or that you had the right to use the material, you can send a counter-notice to support@bulin47-ai.io with "Counter-notice" in the subject line. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the removed material and where it was before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We'll send your counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice. If they don't tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have taken legal action, we may restore the content.
Counter-notices don't apply to videos removed because they show a person without consent or because they break our Acceptable Use Policy.
Please be accurate
Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know is false can make you legally liable for damages. If you aren't sure whether something infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.
