Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not create with Bulin 47 AI, how we moderate content, how to report a problem, and what happens when the rules are broken.

Zuletzt aktualisiert: 2026-10-15

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you put into Bulin 47 AI and everything it makes for you: the photos you upload, the scene you choose, and the videos generated from them. If you break this AUP, we may take the actions described in section 6, "Enforcement".

1. What the service does

Bulin 47 AI uses AI to place the person in one photo into the original viral Bulin 47 freestyle clip, replacing the performer, and fills the crowd with AI-generated people. The result is a short, clearly playful AI-edited video. You can't upload your own videos, choose other footage or type prompts: every render uses the same clip and a prompt we wrote, so the only thing you supply is your photo.

2. Content standards

These rules apply to uploaded photos and to how you use, share or describe generated videos.

2.1 Absolutely prohibited: zero tolerance

We act immediately on the following, with no warning, and may report them to the authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a minor, real or fictional. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authority.
  • Sexual or intimate deepfakes of any real person, including nudification and intimate-scene compositing, whether or not that person consents.
  • Deceptive deepfakes of any real person: videos made to look like real footage of someone saying or doing something they didn't, such as fake news, fake confessions, fake endorsements or fake evidence, whether or not that person consents.
  • Terrorism and violent extremism, including content that promotes, glorifies or recruits for terrorist or violent extremist groups.
  • Incitement to genocide or mass violence against any group.

2.2 Prohibited content categories

You may not upload photos for, or create, share or promote videos that contain:

  1. Pornography and sexual (NSFW) content, including nudity, sexual acts and sexually suggestive content.
  2. Violence and gore, including graphic injury, threats, and content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
  3. Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious illness.
  4. Child-unsafe content: any photo of a minor, and any content that endangers, sexualizes or exploits children.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: photos of anyone other than you, unless they have given you permission; photos of celebrities, public figures or politicians, even with permission; and using a video to pretend to be someone else.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you don't have the right to use, and using videos in ways that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights, including presenting a video as official Bulin 47 content.

2.3 Other prohibited uses

  • Harassment, bullying, defamation, or content shared to humiliate someone.
  • Fraud, scams, spam, or misleading content, including passing a generated video off as real, unedited footage.
  • Content that violates someone's privacy, such as photos taken or shared without their knowledge.
  • Trying to get around our content checks, for example by editing a photo to slip past filters or retrying a photo we blocked.
  • Using scripts, bots or bulk requests to generate videos, scrape the site or get around rate limits.
  • Reselling access to the service, or promoting it as an uncensored or unfiltered tool.
  • Anything illegal where you live or where you share the video.

2.4 Photos of real people

Every photo on Bulin 47 AI shows a real person, so these rules always apply:

  • You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose.
  • Before every render you must confirm this with the consent checkbox. Rendering without that confirmation isn't possible.
  • Uploading another person's photo without their consent is prohibited.
  • Keep proof of that permission. We may ask you to show it if someone reports a video.
  • If a person who appears in a video you shared asks you to take it down, remove it.
  • Permission never makes prohibited content allowed. Even with someone's consent, you may not create anything listed in sections 2.1 to 2.3.

3. How we moderate content

We use several layers. None of them is perfect, which is why reports from users matter.

  • Fixed clip and prompts. Users can't write prompts or upload videos. Every render uses the same source clip and a prompt written and reviewed by us, which rules out text-based abuse.
  • Consent check before generation. Every render requires you to confirm that the photo is you or that you have the person's permission.
  • Automated safety filtering by the video model. Videos are generated by a third-party AI video generation model. Each photo and generation request passes through the content safety checks built into that service. If a photo is rejected, the render stops, nothing is made, and your credits are returned.
  • Third-party automated moderation of photos and videos. Every uploaded photo and every generated video is checked by a third-party automated content moderation service. Photos are checked before the render starts, and finished videos are checked before they are delivered. A blocked photo never reaches the video model; a blocked video is not kept or shown. Either way, your credits are returned.
  • No public feed. Generated videos are private to your account. They are only seen by others if you choose to share them.
  • Human review. We review every report we receive, and any account or render flagged by our checks or by usage patterns (for example, repeated blocked uploads).
  • Records. We keep each render's automated moderation result and labels, along with records of blocked renders, reports and the decisions we make, so we can review patterns and answer questions from our payment partners or the authorities.

We regularly review how well these checks work and update them as needed.

4. How to report content

If you see a Bulin 47 AI video that breaks this AUP, or one that shows you without your consent, please tell us. You don't need an account.

Please include a link to the video or where you saw it, what you think is wrong, and, if the video shows you, how we can confirm that. For child-safety or terrorism issues, put "URGENT" in the subject line so we handle it first.

How we handle reports:

  • We review every report, regardless of who sent it or who it's about.
  • We keep the reporter's identity confidential and never share it with the person reported.
  • We tell you what we decided when we've finished the review.
  • Knowingly false or abusive reports are themselves a violation of this AUP.

5. Severity levels and response times

  • L1 Critical (CSAM, terrorism, sexual deepfakes): we remove the content at once, close the account permanently and report to the authorities. First response and resolution within 24 hours.
  • L2 High (deceptive deepfakes, photos of others without consent, hate speech, graphic violence): we remove the content and suspend or close the account. First response within 2 business days, resolution within 3 business days.
  • L3 Medium (other prohibited content, impersonation, infringement): we remove the content and warn the account. First response within 3 business days, resolution within 7 business days.
  • L4 Low (minor issues, such as sharing a video without the AI label a platform requires): we warn you and ask you to fix it. First response within 5 business days, resolution within 15 business days.

6. Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before, we may:

  1. Warn you by email.
  2. Remove content: delete the video from our storage and disable its download link.
  3. Block renders: stop renders from a photo or an account.
  4. Forfeit credits: remove the remaining credits on the account without refund.
  5. Suspend your account temporarily.
  6. Close your account permanently and refuse new accounts from you.
  7. Report to the authorities and cooperate with law enforcement in L1 cases or other serious crimes.

For L1 violations we skip straight to steps 6 and 7. Purchases are not refunded for accounts closed because of an AUP violation, unless the law requires it.

7. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email support@bulin47-ai.io with "Appeal" in the subject line within 14 days of our notice. Tell us which decision you're appealing and why. We'll take a fresh look at the original content and the reasons, and reply within 10 business days. If we reverse a decision, we restore what we can, including credits we removed. L1 decisions involving CSAM can't be appealed through this process.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as the service, the law or our payment partners' rules change. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site or email you before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
