Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms cover your use of Bulin 47 AI (bulin47-ai.io), which is run by the Bulin 47 AI team ("we", "us"). By creating an account, uploading a photo or buying credits, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Not affiliated with Bulin 47

Bulin 47 AI is an independent, fan-made tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, his team or any record label. Names of the artist and the trend are used only to describe what the tool does.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulin 47 AI. Because every video is made from a photo of a real person, and photos of minors aren't allowed, the service is for adults only. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

Your photos: the rules

You may only upload a photo if it shows you, or you have the permission of the person in it. You may not upload, or use generated videos for:

• Photos of celebrities, public figures or minors.
• Photos of anyone who hasn't agreed to it.
• Sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or defamatory content.
• Impersonation, scams, or misleading content, such as making a real person appear to endorse something.
• Anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

The full list of prohibited content, how we moderate, how to report a video and what happens when the rules are broken is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Renders blocked by our content checks don't cost credits.

How the videos are made

Videos are made by AI. We send your photo, a segment of the original viral Bulin 47 clip and an editing prompt we wrote to a third-party AI video model, which we access through an API provider. The model replaces the performer in the clip with the person in your photo and replaces the people around them with AI-generated people. The result is an AI-edited version of that clip, not real footage, and you must not present it as real. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any of our technology providers. AI output isn't perfect: the likeness, lip sync, hands and small details may be off, and two renders of the same photo won't look the same.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. To run the service, you give us permission to process your photo and to store, display and deliver the videos made for you. You may use your videos for personal, non-commercial sharing, such as posting them on social media. When you share them, label them as AI-generated wherever the platform requires it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. Prices are shown on the pricing section before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Credits don't expire, have no cash value, and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• A full video costs the number of credits shown on the button when you start the render. If a render fails or is blocked, the credits are returned automatically.
• There are no free previews. Every video costs the credits shown before you make it.
• When you can get your money back, and how to ask, is explained in our Refund Policy. It doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law.

Acceptable use of the service

Don't try to get around rate limits or content checks. Don't scrape the site, resell access, or interfere with how it works. Don't use the service to build a competing dataset or model.

Reporting content and copyright complaints

If you believe a video made with Bulin 47 AI breaks our rules, infringes your rights, or shows you without your consent, email support@bulin47-ai.io with "Report" in the subject line, or open a support ticket from your account. Include the link and details. We review every report and remove content where appropriate. How reports are handled, response times and how to appeal a decision are described in the Acceptable Use Policy. What a copyright notice must include, and how to send a counter-notice, is in our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Enforcement

If you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may warn you, remove videos, block renders, forfeit remaining credits, suspend or permanently close your account, and, for serious violations such as child sexual abuse material, report you to the authorities. Purchases aren't refunded for accounts closed because of a violation, unless the law requires it.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, scenes or prices. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant, we'll tell you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new Terms. You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, as described under Enforcement.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every render will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
