Who we are

Bulin 47 AI (bulin47-ai.io) is run by the Bulin 47 AI team. It is an independent tool that turns one photo into a short vertical freestyle video. It is fan-made and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47 or his team. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

The short version

• Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We don't keep a copy, and our video provider deletes it automatically within 72 hours.
• Your generated videos are stored so you can watch and download them. Email us and we will delete them.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos or videos to train AI models.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we collect

1. Account information. Your email address and name, plus your profile picture if you sign in with Google or another provider.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you choose for a render, and the scene you pick.
3. Generated videos. The videos created for you.
4. Purchases and credits. What you bought, when, your credit balance and how it was used. Payment details stay with our payment processor.
5. Usage and device data. Pages visited, buttons used, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and error logs. We use this to run the service, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
6. Cookies. Cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are set only as described in our cookie notice.
7. Messages to us. Anything you send to support.

How your photos are handled

When you request a render, your photo is first checked by our content moderation provider, then uploaded to our AI video provider, together with a segment of the original viral Bulin 47 clip and our editing prompt. The provider returns an AI-edited version of that clip in which the performer is replaced with the person in your photo and the people around them are replaced with AI-generated people.

• The provider keeps the uploaded photo for up to 72 hours, then deletes it automatically. We don't store the photo on our own servers.
• The finished video is copied to our storage so the download link keeps working. It stays there until you ask us to delete it or you delete your account.
• Every uploaded photo and every generated video is sent to a third-party automated content moderation service to block content that breaks our Terms. Photos are checked before the render starts; videos are checked before they are delivered to you.
• If a video is blocked, we don't keep or show it, and the credits are returned. The moderation result and its labels are stored with the render record so we can review decisions and answer appeals.

How we use information

• To create your videos and show them in your account.
• To process purchases, grant credits and refund credits for failed renders.
• To send account and service emails, such as sign-in links and receipts.
• To keep the service safe: rate limits, fraud prevention and blocking prohibited content.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Bulin 47 AI, and only what they need to do their job:

• AI video generation: a third-party AI video generation model and the API provider we use to access it.
• Content moderation: a third-party automated moderation service that checks uploaded photos and generated videos.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Hosting and storage: Cloudflare.
• Email: our transactional email provider.
• Sign-in: Google or another provider, if you choose to sign in with them.
• Analytics: our analytics provider, if enabled.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users, the public or the service. We never sell personal information.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep data

• Uploaded photos: up to 72 hours with our video provider, then deleted.
• Generated videos: until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
• Account and purchase records: while your account is open, and longer where tax or accounting law requires.
• Logs: for a limited period for security and debugging.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, delete specific videos, or close your account. Email support@bulin47-ai.io from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Bulin 47 AI is only for adults aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. Photos of minors may not be uploaded. If you believe a child has used the service or appears in an upload, contact us and we will delete the data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited data retention to protect your information. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you on the site or by email.
